Temporary workers already represent a relevant percentage of the total workforce in several European countries. This type employment is usually associated with more precarious contractual and working conditions. situation can lead to negative outcomes terms workers’ physical mental health. According Job Demands-Resources (JD-R), temporary reduce number available resources health problems. research aims examine importance personal resources—in form resilience—with burnout its three dimensions (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, fulfillment), as consequence job strain generated by this employment.
